Walking Rugby

Our Walking Rugby sessions are run every Thursday morning from 10am until 11-30 am.

The sessions are aimed to give rugby playing opportunities to women and men 50 years or over who may have never played rugby before, those who previously played and cannot play anymore and those who want to re-engage with rugby at a slower pace. Sessions are a great way to increase your social activity and make friends with likeminded people. We are also now starting to play other teams.
