RUGBY WORLD CUP 2015 – RUGBY COMMUNITY TICKET APPLICATIONS

The RWC ticket allocation is in two parts with ten matches at Twickenham and the remaining 38 matches throughout the country.   For the Twickenham matches, the club is allocated a fixed number of tickets for each match and members must choose which match they would prefer to purchase a ticket.

For the remaining 38 matches, members can choose when tickets go on sale, up to a limited of 4 tickets per member.

Tickets are sold directly to members nominated by the club and all ticket sales will be processed on line through RWC 2015 Ticketing System.

If applications by members exceed our ticket allocation for Twickenham matches, there will be a random ballot for those registered.

From 6th May 2014 the club can enter details on the RWC Ticketing Website of members interested in purchasing tickets.   These members will then receive an automatic email inviting them to register on the website prior to tickets going on sale on 16th May 2014.

Tickets will be paid for on application and will be sent to members direct in Summer 2015.

WARNING: Tickets CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED and all the strict terms and conditions by all purchasing members must be formally accepted.    Full members of Blaydon RFC from 2012/13 will be eligible to purchase tickets. Season ticket holders and junior members over 16 will be considered.

Hospitality or travel packages can be found at www.rugbyworldcup.com/hospitality.

By sending your details to the club that you wish to purchase tickets, you are authorizing the club to transfer these details to RWC 2015 and authorize them to store and use those details.

Ticket allocation and prices for Blaydon are 150 tickets for Twickenham and 300 elsewhere with prices varying from £50 to £175.

Ticket quotas outside Twickenham are not fixed and once registered you can chose which match for which you prefer to purchase tickets, up to a maximum of four.   Blaydon RFC have a total allowance of 300 tickets spread across those matches.   Tickets are available to buy across all price bands but are subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Tickets are not guaranteed but registering gives you priority access before the general public sale in September 2014.
